Knit & Crochet Group

The Lincoln Park 'Warm Up American' knit and crochet group began in September 2015. This group is open to the public, anyone interested in learning how to knit and crochet or simply gather together with fellow crafters is welcome. Currently the group has crafted 390 hats/scarves and 52 blankets/shawls to give to local organizations. Our newest projects include crafting gloves, scarves, and hats to give away this winter for those in need as well as plastic mats crocheted out of recycled grocery bags for the homeless.
